Watching Traffic while Pipe Line Perched

Gobs of spikes in that field behind the two birds, a few out front.

 

We found these Pelicans perched on a pipe, watching cars go by. I'm not sure they cared much about the car or its driver or passengers. 

Unless there is a celebrity in the car. Then they take pictures and not down notes.  I'm not privy as to what will happen next.

Zombie trees are dead trees that still stand.  Ready for action after midnight?  Watch for them / keep an eye on yours.
